Well it depends on what type of business you want to open (I don't know those company names, so I have no idea).
Depending on what you are doing you might need to be licensed through an organization, or by your local government.
If you're trying to start a business that doesn't require a license, it's not necessary (since it's your company) but it's recommended to get a major in business, or at least take a few classes.
Starting a business takes a lot of money and a lot of effort. People put thousands of dollars into starting their businesses and usually don't start turning a profit until the after the first two or three years.
