I bought A Sat Nav . System from Ebay day before yesterday , the seller had described that he is based in London so I bought it hoping that I will get it by the Next day, Now the Seller sent me the Item Tracking Number and HongKong Post"s Website. So Basically he Lied and I am paying £ 19.99 for the Postage ....Please Suggest and Advise what shd i do in this Case...

He is Saying ITEM LOCATION: LONDON..........
Which is Not.........Item is in HONK KONG.......and its not been told.....Report this Lier.........! and Leave a -ve Feedback for him , he Can"t do Nothing.......as he is WRONG

The £19.99 postage charge is clearly listed, and the seller is listed as being Hong Kong based. Sorry, but I don't think you have a leg to stand on! |

2 things. Firstly is does say that the seller is based in Hong Kong. Secondly it clearly states on the item listing that the P&P costs are £19.99. You don't have a case, you should have read the listing properly. |

Go on live chat with an eBay representative, and state your case, having all info in front of you. Something should be resolved, hopefully in your favor. If not, give this person a negative telling why, but no cuss words, be professional.

They are probably dropshippers so they wont hold any of the items in stock but order them once they have sold them. I wouldnt do anything as they may well be based in London but their stock is coming from Hongkong.
I dont know why it bothers you unless its going to take longer than they said for delivery but if it is listed with sellers standard rate then you cant do anything.
You havent been ripped off just yet and you will probably still get your item. |
