It was supposed to arrive on the Wednesday and did'nt, so i emailed them asking when i would get it! They did'nt email me back, but it turned up on the Friday! I was supposed to get a free excercise bike with it, and that did'nt come. I again emailed them and it turned up a week later! I left Neutral feedback, saying the customer service was bad! And they have got quite abusive, threatening me with legal action, unless i retract my feedback! Should i just leave my feedback where it is or just retract it! I thought the whole idea of the feedback was to let other buyers what you think of the sellers!

tell them to meet the ebay auction as it was described and you'll be happy to modify your feedback. Legal action? Please...... . try the nice route first and if they continue to be a$$e$, tell them to kiss off. i've been ebaying for years now and have never had someone threaten legal action like that. just curious who this was and what their feedback was like. |

Ignore them! they cant take any legal action against you, they just trying to scare you.

They can take no legal procedures for complaints..... I would go on for a couple of pages and bore you to death but if i was you and they did that i would complain even more. |

Don't feel bullied to retract your feddback, but where possible, get them to agree what was offered in the original sale (including the bike) - they don't want neg fb - so get them on side - critiscing them, however just, will just wind them up.
Calm it down, but be firm about what you want, and go from there.

If you feel your feedback is appropriate then leave it, and if they carry on being abusive contact e-bay. You are correct feedback is to allow other buyers to make an informed decision as to where to spend their money. |

Leave it on! They can not threaten you and if you wish you can report them for this, as for suing you? eh? It is their sloopy service that caused the problem and has nothing to do with you so I would advice you leave the comment and tell them to dispute it through proper EBay channels if they wish. giving out feedbacks is the person's decision and the merchant, instead of getting busy with u, threatening u etc, should be busy analyzing and correcting their mistakes |

leave it! it sounds to me like they have a guilty concsience about the time it took everything to arrive. Feedback is a personal opinion and they cant threaten you for not leaving the comments that THEY want... |
