I think so. I'm not sure about the worn pair of jeans, though. Just send the worn pair of jeans to your address via mail. It may be expensive, but it's better than throwing them away. If you don't want to mail them, give them to Good Will, at least you will be helping someone. |

You can return all but the used items. Do not try and return the used ones, that is just plain rude. You bought them and used them so you take the loss. No wonder our economy stinks we have people who actually think they can return something they have used! Hold on I have to go return the chewing gum I chewed but I don't want it or can't fit it in my trash can. Sounds stupid uh? |

The WalMart return policy is "Satisfaction guaranteed within the first 90 days of purchase, provided you have your receipt."
Doesn't matter if you wore the jeans and ate half the chocolates. Take the stuff back with your receipt and tell them you didn't like the candy because it "doesn't taste right" and that the jeans didn't fit properly.
No hassle as long as you have the receipt. |

Why would you expect a business to take back an item you used? You didn't indicate the item was flawed or damaged in any way, you simply have no room for it. That isn't WalMart's fault.
They will likely take back the unopened/unused items..especially if you still have your receipt (although they have a lenient return policy and sometimes take back items w/o proof of purchase).
Be fair to the business and don't expect them to take a loss because you made a poor decision to buy something you had no room to carry. Keep the jeans you wore, and return the other things that are in "new" condition. |

i dont know about the jeans but i returned 3 small bags of snickers [unopened]
with the valid reciept,lady behind the register asked if anything wrong with it?i said no and then she cut opened the bags and dumped all the 3 pkts in the bin !!what do ya say of that? |
