I would think if you paid for the item it's now yours. why not resell it on eBay and hopefully make a profit.?

You can email the seller and tell them but i think you have to pay charges, seeing as you have wasted their time. sellers get very annoyed with people that do that.

depends on how long ago you bought it.if its already been sent then you've got it.if you've only just bought it get in touch with whoever's selling it and e mail them asap

Under English law if you bought it from a business then you are entitled to return it for a refund, it is was not bought from a business then you are no legally entitled to a refund.
Any its not in the spirit of ebay to buy something then just change your mind. You should put it down to experiance and keep to your side of the bargine
