I have Charter cable and I think they are the worst company ever!! repeated billing errors where they dont show payments I have made, and then they insist I pay AGAIN or they will disconnect me, then after I pay they still shut me off!!! now I have had some bad service in the past but nothing as bad as CHARTER CABLE!!

oh I have many emails to and from charter and have everyone's ID number and name etc. that I have talked to...it seems each time I call they screw my account up even more and I have had technicians and diff. representatives tell me that Charter is the worst company, and of course they would know cuz they work there! |

omg i hate charter too i just got a disconnect today and i paid them in full 2 weeks ago i get one of them darn disconnects every month they are so on my nerves not only is cable charter so is my phone,,,,,,ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh |

where I'm from we use cox cable quite happy with it.
but make sure that you keep good bookkeeping records about billing and paying.

I have never had a problem with Charter, They always provided me with good service but Bell South is the devil.
Bell South continually messes up my bill and then admit their mistake every month when I call. They reverse the charges every time but it is a huge pain in the a$$ to try and get them to do it EVERY MONTH! I think they do it hoping no one will notice. If it only works for 5% of all the bills they send, then they are still making a fortune. |
