Document all the dates and what transpired at your meeting with corporate as well as the problems you have experienced in your job. Wal-Mart has sev lawsuits against them now for how they treat their employees. You could always join in on this suit but you definately need documentation to prove your claim.

If corporate won't do anything about it, then it is time to move on to another job. You have some skills, so put them to use else where. Just remember that we aren't always treated well or respected no matter where we work. Good luck. =)

As always, when you work for a large company, the head honchos are the ones who are running the biz. If you can work for a small company, you will be treated better. try it! large companies are in it for the money, usually. not the welfare of their workers. smaller companies treat you better because they know that they need to take care of their employees to make the business run better. take care of your workers and they will take care of you.
