bring a football and ask them for a quick game, so they will see you are a team player LOL
PS- just mention something that you work with a team of few people and you delegate or share your duties, and help each other with the work load...just think of a scenario, like you worked on some project and how you coordinated the tasks with your colleagues something along these lines...

Go in there with a copy of your CV and list of questions you would like to find out about the company showing an interest, my last question i mainly say can you show me the area i be working in? Always smile, dont fidget, look smart.

Check out their website. That will give you a lot of information on their company and the people who run it. You don't have to drop the presidents name in the interview, but it will give you an idea of what they are looking for. Also make sure you KNW the position that you are being interviewed and the requirements of that position. They will be impressed with the research you have done. During the interview, try to relax. Personality is a big factor when they are loooking for team players. They want to know you are motivated, but not necessarily high strung. Let them know about different group work scenarios you have been involved. You don't say what your age is, but everyone has worked in a group sometime or another. If they ask you if you have questions for them, ask some. Ask what kind of continuing training they offer, are there specific courses thay they offer at the home office or whatever that can help you better understand other parts of the banking process. Don't ask how much you're going to get paid, or how many vacation days you will get. They want you to be in it to do a good job for them, not to get what you can for yourself. All of those questions can wait for when you get an offer.
