You need to call Wal-Mart headquarters in Bentonville, AR and ask to speak with the buying department responsible for whatever category of merchandise you are trying to sell them. You need to try and get an appointment, and you will need to go to Bentonville if you can get the appointment. Be prepared to sell yourself and your product when you call. Getting an appointment will not be easy. Good luck.

I saw a show on Wal-Mart on tv. They have times when people can come to their headquarters and do a presentation. It is a VERY bad idea. One couple on the show worked with Wal-Mart for months and ended up finally getting their product into Wal-Mart stores but were out something like $70,000 before that happened and it was a stupid product idea anyhow. It was called wall pockets I think for hanging snapshots on the wall.
The little guy can never compete with prices Wal-Mart gets by having products made in places like China. Try getting it into a smaller store first like maybe your local convenience store.
Like others have said do not even offer it for sale anywhere with getting it patented first.

You have a long way to go. Do you have a patent or license to sell this product.? Can you meet the demand of your product with your resources? Does the general public want your product? Better do some research, it's not that simple. If it was...we would all be rich.

You have to get it patented first, pay for all copyrights etc. then you can contact their head office and ask how you can go about selling it in their stores.
