My mom ordered a gift from a website for me and she paid the extra money for it to be here in 3 days. It was ordered on the 15th, and shipped out on the 17th. When I track the package, the last thing it says, is...At local FedEx facility. And that was on the 19th, at 4:26 AM. Status of package is At FedEx destination. Its almost 36 hours later, and I havent seen any updates and I still havent recieved it. Also, the estimated arrival time is now blank. If its at the local facility, why is it taking so long to get here? It's only 10 minutes away. I didn't want to call and b*tch before I knew what was going on, so thats why I came here...can anyone tell me whats going on? |

If the product you bought does not arrive by the day it was suppost to. ask for your money back. it's not fair you pay to get the product on the day you want. not the day that they want. |

From the responses said here, you gotta call FedEx, I've this happen before, they usually make excuses like, "No one was the house" or something like that. But I would call and check on it, or pick it up, but since you did pay, and they don't do what they say, you gotta tell them to pay you back since, you did not recieve the package on the date you were suposed to have been given to. |

It may have arrived the 19th after hours, which means you should get it today. Bear in mind it is the Christmas season, so to be safe, add a day. (There's a lot of packages out there right now....) |

I'v had that happen and called the FedEx place and they let me come and pick it up. Call them and see what they say. They don't mind people calling them. Just make sure you have the tracking number. |
