I have a question on how i should reply to an email?
Thank you for the offer of employment with Paramount Pictures. I'm eagerly
looking forward to being a part of your team and I'll return the signed
offer letter promptly. I'd like to discuss at your convenience,Paramount's
organizational structure and dynamics, and get an early feel regarding key
business initiatives as they relate to the Director of Contract
Administration.
This is pretty good. Very conservative. It's a great way to reply to an e-mail. It's professional and to-the-point. Good Luck!:-)

Fancy language is most useful when applying for a postition. If you have already been accepted, you might to tone down a little bit and make it clear what you want. If you are asking to have a discussion with someone, you might wish to state exactly what it is that you want to discuss.
"organizational structure and dinamics"? Well, I'm sure once you begin working for them, they'll tell you everything you need to know. If you're asking someone to go out of their way to give you additional information, better be specific. The time to impress somebody with big words has passed - now is the time to act serious.
