I have a shop with 4 employees I need to be in constant touch all the time. I need a cost effective way?
For example can I put in a computer with high speed internet and give
everybody seperate voip accounts or skype with bluetooths. Ineed something that is cost effective and reliable. I need to be able to talk to anyone anytime and also from outside US sometimes when i go out on meetings? I know i sound a little confused but I still am not able to find a very good solution. Please help.
If you're the only one out of the US, you could get a universal cell phone and use text messaging to reach any of your people via the cell phone. That would probably be the most cost effective approach. Bluetooth is just a wireless technology for peripherals and doesn't add to your solution. VOIP is limiting as computer networks are sometimes unreliable.
Your best solution is probably a combination of things. Given that even common IM tools like Yahoo can be accessed via cell phone, I'd use that for routine messages and the phone when text just won't cut it. Unlimited internet access via most cell carriers is relatively cheap. IM works if they are at their PC and you can text message them if they are not. Then they can call you if necessary.
When you are all local, you can use one of the radio/cell combos. Sprint/Nextel and Verizon both offer them. You have some homework to do to compare pricing and coverage areas.

well how much time do you need to spend talking to them? because if it's going to be frequent, but only a brief interaction each time, you could look into getting a global/quad-band cell service.
motorola and samsung both make the quad-band phones for use overseas and in the US for Verizon Wireless.
