I work in retail, I have 3 bosses, one of the boss theretens me in a smiley face that i will be let go, he is doing this for past 2yr, my company will not torelate these kind of thretens, but my problem is that I cannot prove that he does this to me, b'coz he does when no one is around and also in a smiley face..this really annoys me, and cannot tell any one either. I have sleepless nights, and a lot of worries, cannot concetrate on my studies either. if i tell this to any other boss they will investagate and ofcourse nothing will happen b'coz there is no evedience that he does..so any suggestion are welcome. |

Simple : Use his same technique back on him !
...The next time he makes a snide comment in private, reply with a similar smiling face that : 'My boyfriend/brother/uncle [whichever is applicable !] will have you stripped and paraded in public if you try this cheap stunt once again !'
...In shock, he'll go and try complain - but where is any evidence ?! They'll think HE is going nuts and wonkers, to thus accuse a quiet and meek kid like you !
...Two can play the same game, dear : And this cad deserves it !

I think that you should try anything what you can do. You have to have good patient with your bosses, even your bosses understand you are a good employee, honest person in company. I hope you will have a good communication with them. someone said After strong rain, the sky will be clearly. Please make yourself tight sleeping and concentrate in your study.

Get a micro-cassette recorder and record him. It will not stand up in court, but you can play it for one of the other bosses as evidence. It should do the job, if they are really intolerant of that stuff. |

get a video camera and record the incident. it should be motion detected so you don't need to turn it on/off
or
use your cell and record and take video when he is saying this to you. |

Have you tried asking your boss, "Why do you keep telling me that?"
It will take a lot of courage to ask, but would you rather keep stewing about it, or take the risk to ask? |
