I have an old navy gift card. Can I use it in Gap or Banana Republic?
Old Navy gift cards are brand-specific (they can only be used at Old Navy), but the credit cards are for cross-brand use.
UNLESS you have the "Options Gift Card" and the front/back of the gift card shows logos for all Gap Inc brands (Gap, Banana, Old Navy, and most recently, Piperlime), then it can NOT be used at another brand.
It amazes me how many people ask this same question - read the back of your card, it will tell you exactly where the card can be used.
