Me and my boss had a little fall out over Christmas, there was an install that needed to be completed for us to reach our target for 2008, but i told him to hold the install as we dont have all of the kit. We argued about it for a while, and then he stormed out saying he isnt paying my bonus and HE will do the install, even though it should be me installing. We left it at that and then later in the day, I had an email saying that the install date had been put back so we could get the kit sorted, so i got my wish, I installed the kit and everything went smooth. But the boss hasnt spoken to me since, he sends emails to other people asking them to ask me a question for him. He is making my life a misery to the point i dont feel like working for him anymore. If i ask a question,he snaps at me and goes back to working on his laptop. Its getting really frustrating and i dont know what to do about it.
