Hi Morph The gov. is the people, and I am the people, then I hold a share in Northern rock, is that not so. If the share is worth nothing , will it always be worth nothing or will it grow to be worth something. I dont know about these things, that is why I am asking.? |

Hi,
It's a British stock and is currently worth 90 pounds. That would be $175 UD by today's exchange rate. It looks like it recently plummeted. I might be fun to hold on to and see if it rebounds. But on the other hand, it might also be fun to go shopping! :)
Update: The government DID purchase it on Thursday and will compensate shareholders. I hope you were given your share before Thursday! |
