Yes, there are people that have been arrested for bogus sales at eBay. A friend of mine works for a criminal lawyer, who had to BAIL out of of his clients for BOGUS eBay sales attempts.
Here's what happened to him.
Rather than get extradited to Florida and face trial on a felony charge, he negotiated for a lower charge up north, and promised to refund the money in it's entirety.
HEY, if you are buying small stuff at eBay, be sure to WAIT for the STUFF, then give Positive feedback for people that attempted to deliver in good time, good value and with honesty. Positive feedback is the only way that you can KNOW.
But if you are going to buy expensive stuff, CHECK THE FEEDBACK before bidding. So if someone has sold hundreds of things successfully at eBay, they are working hard to establish a positive feedback record. With this knowledge, you can bid and BUY with confidence.
eBay is built on trust. Even if you are SELLING, look at the feedback of the buyer. Give positive feedback as soon as the money CLEARS... then SHIP.
Always use the eBay message system to keep people informed. WORK IT LIKE A BUSINESS. |

well first whenever u buy for anyone from ebay always click on their names to find out whether or not the person selling has good or bad comments about him , take into consideration how long he has been on ebay and how many times he has sell and if u don't recieve or get pay for anything u sell or buy u can report that person to ebay and then to paypal they should be able to give u your money back . to do this just click on you name , it will show u all the items u had bought look for the item and then to the right it should be a report as not send or not paid . there is a lot of honest people on ebay so don't be afraid to sell or buy just make sure you are making bussiness whit trustable people . |
