The email came from Ubisoft. It is more of a promo for a new game coming out called "HAZE". Check out this site http://hazegame.us.ubi.com/agegate.php?destURL=/index.php I got one too and followed the sign up proceedure . I would not be too worried they don't ask for too much information and all seems to be a bit of fun really. Hope this has been helpful.

SPAM. Spammers do this, adjust the date into the future to make their spam lead the list in your inbox. Most email is sorted by date, with the most recent at the top of the list.
