Everyone who doesn't get promoted thinks the person who got promoted is a suck up and kiss ***. Victims can't accept the fact that maybe they didn't get promoted through some fault of their own, heaven forbid they might not be energetic enough, have the right skills, be enthusiastic, etc. Past behavior is a good indicator of future behavior. Anyway, I congratulate you for your promotion, and many more to you if that is what you seek. P.S. the best way to get promoted is to do an excellent job at what you are doing. |
