Im not sure why you want to deal with a bank in Nigeria. The Nigerians are well known for their attempts at internet scams so I would be very wary of dealing with them.

well i must say i was in lagos myself before and i never noticed a bank of that name. while looking for a place to cash travelers chequese. if i was you there is rather bigger and well known nigerian banks. such as Zenith Bank. which has an office in London i know that much.
