Trick questions...You can learn a lot about the person from asking "innocent" questions that pertain to things outside of work. Like: What are your hobbies? What do you do on weekends? What is the best thing you've ever done for a friend? These questions will show a person's truer character and may tell you about what quality of work/ethics you may expect.
