I have an Airwork 200 Bungee Cord chair for in front of my computer (I'm a grad student, so I sit there for hours). It is wonderful -- provides ton of support, but I never have soreness/stiffness. Try it!
The Balts are nice, but if you sit in them a long time they might leave marks in your skin and clothes, like sitting on a pool chair.

Whats comfortable to me may not be comfortable to you. I'd suggest going to the store, trying all of them out. Whichever one is most comfy, buy it. I am not sure you will find the most comfortable chair any other way!
