Yahoo does web hosting, domain registration and emails service (under your own domain name).
I've been using it for 2 years and its excellent; never had any downtime and my emails always been reliable. I would be hesitant to use small no name web hosting services though they may be a couple of dollars cheaper.
Yahoo charges me $11.50 per month. |

Storage is important but what you are going to need is someone who will sell you a colo hosting program. This will basically be your own server located at there premises. They take care of upgrades, bandwidth issues, etc.
I have used several but for a newbie give GoDaddy a call and have them tell you about there programs. |
