However corporate greed was so embedded at the top that all was not what it seemed with the stated financials. The CEO, CFO & COO were kicked out, the CFO & COO are currently under indictments with the SEC and Justice Departments, the stock was kicked off AMEX and is traded over the couner (pink sheets).
