I used to work at a quiznos for about 6 months when a new owner bought the store... she didn't know squat about the business and we employees showed her how to run the business. I was the one to stay longer with her, so I know all the dirt that goes on in the store. She is the owner/manager, but is barely in the store and we employees were the one running the store, and she would not even pay us minimum wage. We were disagreeing about a lot of things and she just fired me without me doing anything wrong. I knew her enough to know that she would do something like that one day, so i had been gathering a lot of documents that would interest QUIZNOS. We were making a lot more money that she was not reporting to Quiznos (to avoid paying less royalties).
My question is:who should i send the letter and documents to?
The general manager, CEO ? Who exactly?
