These lottery notes are SCAM, plain and simple.
If you did not buy into the lottery there how could you win?
Impossible.
And even if you did buy a lottery ticket in the UK, the lottery would not contact you in this fashion. Many times they want phone contact with you because they have high powered well-trained agents who can convince you the the KING still lives.
They know that once they turn you over to their Scam Agents you will do what ever they ask. They are the PROS.
First they may ask you to pay an insurance fee to make sure the check gets to your address. This can be $500 or even more. Or they say that you have to pay the banks fees for cutting the check. Now wouldn't anyone pay $500 to get one million? Sure it happens all the time, that is why there guys stay in business.
People want to BELIEVE.
This is pure and simple SCAM, delete it, and sleep well tonight with your money in your hands.
