He just gives better treatment to other employees. I have been longer in the company but that doesn't seem to matter. If I make a proposal he says no, even when its good, while any proposal from any other employee is always great. |

Best advice, look for another job. Sorry, but it is. The only other alternative is to have it out with him, or enlist support of co-workers to back your ideas before meetings. It may be when he realises you have support, he will become more supportive. It could just be you have been around for so long, he is taking you for granted. Be brave and look around for other oportunities. Good luck. |

Wait until something REALLY VITAL is coming up and hand in your notice at the last possible moment ..
(I had a friend who worked in Retail .. he discovered one of the other 3 sales staff, a personal 'mate' of the shop Manager, was getting paid a lot more .. the Manager refused to up their rate, so they waited until 3 weeks before Xmas and then all 3 of them walked out to jobs with competitors across the road :-) ) |

I think he does not like you and him prefering others over you could be his way if telling you to leave. Maybe he cannot fire you and frustrating and annoying you is his way of saying it. Why dont you apply for another job and move on, it will be better for you. You should contact your HR department or union get someone else involved that can represent you.

Ahh!!! you sound like me at work my boss is a jackass but never want to "Kill" him. So I just look at it as a step on my way to where I need to be. So I just decided to move on after my one year anniversary. Go back to school and work hard enough so I want be in that stitch no more. My advice to you is just stay there and apply for new job chance the when you get a new put in your two week notice and go on with you life. |

If you decide against murder, perhaps this might work.
I saw this programme on TV a few years about about employees who got revenge on their evil bosses. One guy got a syringe full of milk and injected it into his bosses chair. After a day or two his bosses office began to stink and no-one could work out what it was, it took a while for anyone to realise it was the chair.In the meantime the nasty boss had to just put up with the smell in his office he couldn't explain.

Focus your talents on changing jobs. No point pushing water up hill. We coudl think about why he does it but fact is he is unlikely to change and so you need to go where your talents are appreciated. |

not much you can do really, killing is a bit extreme, and is he really worth a prison sentence? I think not
Look for another job, if you stay in this one you will lose your confidence and self esteem
