I want to complain about a very rude salesperson in an Office Depot; anybody know the corporate office # ?
I complained to the manager but its obvious that he didn't do anything.
I bought several boxes of printing paper, and bought two printers, and even a chair there because I've renting another office in Santa Monica but this guy didn't answer my questions, he was all over the place, got mad at me....I mean come on I spent well over $1,000 and I couldnt' get excellent customer service...this office depot store had no good management
I was very nice, direct, and sweet to them...but they took advantage ot it.
don't even bother. they won't do jack to help you out. I'm they might send an email or something detailing the complaint but that's about it. you might get a 10% coupon in the mail to but don't expect anything grand to happen.

Here is a thought...why couldn't you figure it out for yourself. So the guy was not able to answer your question. Maybe he did not know. That does not make him rude. That just makes you a *********. That is what is wrong with this "customer is always right" BS. You expect the world and when you don't get it..."they were rude". Get over yourself.
