They don't have an email as far as I know you can only write or telephone. I had the same problem and there was nothing on the website anyway. It's stupid when they let you do all of ur shopping online x Actually I have just found an email address, it says to contact this add with any complaints. tescodirect@tesco.co.uk it was on an old delivery note lol x Hope that helps |

Well Go on the website and find it or contact their customers services or go straight up to your nearest tesco and annihilate them goo oonn GET YOUR MONEY back lol !! =) hope i was of service unlike that darn tesco *grrr* |

You're right, they don't publish any e-mail address. I would imagine that a suspicious mind would believe that's a deliberate ploy to make complaining more difficult. A lot of people would think twice before composing a letter, while e-mail is too easy! |

You have to write to them, I complained to them awhile back about some fresh food which was frozen and wasn't supposed to be, all I got back was a crappy letter. They are useless and don't give a crap about customers as long as they are rich! Good Luck. |
