If the company is privately held, you probably won't be able to find out. If it is the stock market, you may be able to obtain an annual report, or if you are a shareholder, attend an annual meeting to obtain this info.

If your company is publicly traded then you can look at the financial statements for the company. Salaries at that level have to be disclosed. Go to finance.yahoo.com and look up your company. Look at the Annual report. It will be in there.
