Well,Bill is powerful man,but i don't think that he is that powerful to make everyone of us use his fuel (if he was in the petro business),so Bill is powerful with windows and he is certainly richest man on earth,and people say that he is generous,that he is giving money to charity,so i don't know is it true!P.S.
