Go to the website of that particular hospital you are looking into. All hospitals have them listed just look around the site. If not they will definitely have a number to call and you can ask about department heads. |

there is usually a board up somewhere in hospitals that have all the names of the big people and what their positions are. it should be on the first floor somewhere surround by plaques and achievement certificates |

Internet is a good source for help in doing your homework. But it cannot do the homework for you!You need some training in asking the right questions too.For example if your question was
" How can I secure the names of the persons competent to decide on the purchase of ...... products/ appointment of .............of personnel?" you would get better response relevant to your needNever omit significant portions of your query. It costs a lot in the long run.
Look up the Yellow Pages of the respective Town/District and look up the Hospitals . Under each, you will find the officers of the Hospital listed in the order of importance and often with their specificduties. You can easily identify the decision makers. It would help you if you make aquaintance of one or more other functionaries also in the place . They may be able to expedite payments, tip you off on an emerging opportunity before your competition gets to know about it etc. |

if it is a corporate hospital the chairman or managing director will be decision maker. but his decisions must be ratified by the board of directors who are elected by the share holders. if the hospital is a partnership the managing partner will be the decision maker. in corporate hospitals generally appoint public relations officer. for example,care hospital, yashoda sindhuri , appollo hospitals are have public relations officers. u can contact them to know the chairman,managing directors of the reputed corporate hospitals. |
