Use the UK Data website and do a director search
http://www.ukdata.com/

If you know the Name of the company then try companies house web site, they hold information on there about all registered companies in England and Wales!

Bronzebeardanswerer
If the director is a director of a publicly traded company, then look up the biography of the director in the company's most recent proxy statement. You can find this by going to www.sec.gov and then searching for DEF 14A (the code for definitive proxy statement). Each director listed will also be required to disclose other boards that he sits on pursuant to Reg S-K.
