if it's a private company, they can sell or not sell to anyone they wish. I got fired from a grocery store for not snitching out a co-worker a couple years ago and they told me that if I ever came back inside that they'd call the police.
I didn't believe them until i called the local police who said that it's a private business and if they don't want you there, then you're trespassing.
I've shopped there several times and they have yet to call the pigs on me.
