First of all you would have to have a very good reason. Did you talk to the owner about the problem? That would be the first step. register your complaint . Most of the time if the food wasn't good, the waitress didn't do her job, properly, can be taken care of at the ground level, and doesn't need to be taken to court. I have no web sites, I have never wanted to sue anyone, Accidents , are accidents, people no matter who they are have bad things happen , have days when nothing goes right and I don't think I'm that important that I need to make a big deal out of it. But I don't know your problem. |

Look in your local yellow pages and find a lawyer there. I am assuming its a small restaurant. Probably not worth your time and money if you are looking for a cash settlement but if it is something based on principle, that could be another story. |

Depends on what issue- cause has caused you to want to sue.
In any case, you will have to acquire an attorney / lawyer. You must also be aware that it is 99.836 percent of the attorneys/ lawyers that give all the rest of the attorneys/ lawyers, a bad name !!!!!!! The odds of you finding a Good Attorney( oxymoron), are about one in ten thousand! In case you are serious about suing, make sure that your chosen legalized thief has won several (success full) cases! " I have won several " /" many" cases is a common claim! If you choose to believe this, I have a bridge in Brooklyn, some water front property in Arizona, and a lotto ticket, I wish to sell( I will make you a fantastic deal for cash).

You should find an attorney, but the type of attorney would probably depend on what you're suing for. Personal injury? Wrongful termination? Watch out for the "ambulance chaser" type of attorney, unless you're suing for something silly like spilling coffee on your lap... in which case, it really doesn't matter. A good source to find a decent attorney might be to speak with some coworkers or friends for recommendations based on experience. |
