Absolutely! I would like to ensure that my hard earned money is put to good use, even though I may not have as much need for it. By leaving it on the ground, any scum could pick it up and use it to purchase drugs or other illegal contrabands, (or even donate it to terrorist groups out there) whereas I could pick it up and choose to drop it in a hungry beggars cup and hope it helped temporary alleviate their hunger or bring warmth on a cold night. Although there is no guarranty to that, it is a more likeable use for my hard earned money. |
