 Why can't big oil companys build more refineries with all thier profits?

It is usually 'manufacturers recommended price' - they can't say maximum as they cannot legally control the retail price except in their own outlets.

Materials Requirement Planning - usually a computer run programme which looks at demand, forecast and existing purchase orders and recommends new orders, amendments to or cancellations of existing orders (also used for shop floor assembly etc)

Note RRP (Recommended Retail Price) is usually used, Manufacturer's Recommended Price I have seen once or twice, but this does only apply to retail sales not purchasing as in Purchasing for a commercial company.
