the beautiful thing about interviews is that you can lie your butt off, because when it comes down to it, its all about who can present themselves the best.
!. im interested in a career in being a pre-school teacher, i enjoy kids, i think working for gymboree would definitely give me a leg up because i'm in a work environment where it may be noisy with children running around and possibly crying, which would definitely help prepare me with my ambitions of working with kids.
2. although i enjoyed my previous my jobs, as much fun as it could be, it could also be stressful.. and thats all i got..

On the second question I usually cite lack of advancement opportunity. So many companies, in my opinion, shortchange themselves by not looking within their own ranks for the talent they need to drive their businesses forward. Take, for example, the perception that a college degree should be a deciding factor in a person's qualifications. I always say you can have all the fancy degrees you want, if you lack an intimate knowledge of all aspects of the business, including the gruntwork, its difficult to make accurate and useful decisions that truly compliment the work being done.
I want to be judged on my character and my merit on the job, and I don't want to be part of an organisation that promotes on criteria other than that. I have something to offer and if a company fails to recognize that and seize upon it, then I have to look elsewhere for better opportunities.
