Which position you have applied for? Before that please make sure you are writing correct english.

Great Days
Assuming that you are applying for a managerial position, the CEO will assess if your management style will fit the company's style.

The CEO will assess if you can deliver on your commitment based on your skills and experience.

And of course, he will ask himself the question - would I like this guy to work for me ?

Suggestion : Do some research. Find out how the CEO thinks. His/her likes and dislikes.

Be prepared for a totally an unrelated question. While I was interviewing with Microsoft, Bill Gates just asked me one question. It was one of the famous "Microsoft" questions. He asked me, "why are manhole covers round?".

I was expecting a question about management, software, programming, increasing market share, etc. I answered the manhole cover question correctly and got the job! It was very comical to me.

Politely tell him(her) that they parked in your spot.
In the future you may be willing to move over a space.

Aggessive! After the laughter....Explain in detail your contributions to the company!

YOU are not a robot.....The Boss isn't either.
