It's impossible to tell who the richest people in the world are, Bill Gates and Warren Buffet have most of their wealth in stocks and investments, whereas other people have it in property or just liquid. Due to the nature of investments, in whatever form they perpetually change in value. Additionally depending on where someone is living, the currency they use can gain or lose strength compared to the US dollar, which wealth is usually measured in.
Most rich lists however do list Bill Gates as the richest man in the world. Forbes is the most trusted rich list, given below. |
