All I did was type 'Hot Topic Franchise' into google.


Try it some time- it took me a half second.

EACH HOT TOPIC IS OWNED BY THE COMPANY AND IS NOT FRANCHISED OUT TO INDIVIDUAL OWNERS.

Franchised does not mean 'in every mall', it means the company grants use of the license to private business owners, which Hot Topic does not do!
