Is PTC(paid-to-click) and PTR(paid-to-read) safe?
Should I be thinking twice before signing up on this sites?
What should I watch out for?

Paid to click programs are real and they will pay you.
Some paying after a while and some with instant payment.

Best of them are:

There is a full review and a comparing chart at:

These sites are safe. You only provide a username, password, and your alertpay email. If you use a different password to sign up for them as you do for everything else then you have nothing to worry about, but that goes for antyhing. You don't have to give out your address or any personal information like your name or anything.

I would recommend some low payout sites that pay quickly to get started such as
http://www.click2bux.com/index.php?ref=gpcdon - $5 payout in less than 48 hours 50% referral earnings
http://www.crewbux.com/register.php?r=gpcdon - $5 payout in less than 48 hours 50% referral earnings
http://mainbux.com/index.php?r=gpcdon - 50% referral earnings with a $6.99 payout you will receive in 24 hours
http://www.neobux.com/?r=gpcdon - 50% referral earnings instant payouts starting at $2
http://www.thinkbux.com/register.php?r=gpcdon - $5 payout with 50% referral earnings receive payment in less than 24 hours

If you want to really get into PTC and getting paid by doing things online check out my blog at http://gpcdon.blogspot.com

Only if you do not have to pay your money to start there program, you will not get rich nor will you even make enough to support yourself.

Yes its real but not all. You've to be cautious while joining the sites. Fey sites are really good and are legit. After doing a lot of research online and inquiring friends, i found these sites to be legit. They've proofs of paying their members. You can visit and register to these websites and start making money. If you can spend half an hours time daily clicking on the ads, you could be making a lot of money.

Most of them are safe. Just like with any business there are some not so honest people out there. I am a member of a lot of these sites. The one thing to remember is, you should not have to pay to join. I would also suggest creating a new email account for these sites, sometimes spam does increase. Here a few of the sites I use. I like hits4pay the best, but the payout is really high. hope this helps.
