i have purschased many different types of items from amazon and only once have i had a problem with them and that was that i received a pre-order item a week after it was released instead of the acual day like i should have..other then that i have never had a problem with them |

yea, ive never had a problem with them... you have to watch tho because if you're buying multiple things, unless you're buying them all from the "amazon.com" seller (not the individual people, which tend to have better prices) you will be charged shipping for everything. because although you're buying it all from amazon.com, if you're shopping from lowest price or used items, they're almost always coming from different people. happy shopping! |

I've heard they're one of the most reliable online stores around. You may want to consider purchasing some sort of credit monitoring and restoration plans (I have mine through Kroll available through Pre-Paid Legal for daily monitoring and full restoration) so you can shop with peace of mind online.
Amazon has some of the best prices out there! |

I have ordered tens of thousands of dollars of merchandise through Amazon.com over many years now, and have never had a problem once. You may want to be careful to order from Amazon, and not one of the private parties that sell on Amazon because I have heard of problems there. Also I have heard a few people complain about large electronics that are damaged during shipping, in that Amazon's policy is pretty excusatory and makes the buyer take the issue up with the manufacturer. I would say that Amazon overall is very trustworthy and is safe to buy most anything from. |
