Yes I am

Yeah, but isn't that the point they're trying to get across? In a way; they're being stubborn..

I have had to get TWO extensions on my last coursework because I haven't received the textbooks I need in time!

I am sick to death of this ******* strike! I couldn't care less about the bickering and tribulations of postmen and the Post Office, they play an essential role in most people's lives and should sort themselves out and do their ******* jobs!

callumsheppard
Yes i freakin am, i sent my letter for a £2,800 compensation claim that i am now entitled for and i so hope that they receive it and i get the cash in 2 weeks.

Leo
Yes, but the postal service will be the biggest loser`s in the long run. And more small and large companies will switch to the private sector, well we need less posties.

Me Me Me Me Me, with attitudes like these, it is no wonder the working man is being screwed in this country, they have a dispute and they are using their right to withdraw their labour, I don't suppose this decision was taken lightly, good luck to them and all other struggling workers fighting capitalist tyrants.
Viva la revolution.

No, because without people like this, we would all be screwed, and working for peanuts!

Although I don't believe that strikes should be made illegal, I do believe that any employee who wishes to go on strike has the very real threat of losing their job hanging over them. Companies would have to sack every single striking employee - but it would be worth it. There are too many unemployed people in the UK who would dearly love to work, but can't. The recent Royal Mail strike is sickening. Especially as the postman in my local town (Melton Mowbray) can't even seem to post the right letters through the doors. I am constantly getting my neighbours post!!

Most strikes are because of one reason. Greed.

When U.S.A. workers that work for General Motors went on strike last time, most of these workers were probably making $40.00 per hour or more to build vehicles of which most don't even sell well. On top of that they have one of the most handsome retirement plans in the world.

A couple of decades ago U.S.A. football players went on strike. These people make $250,000 a year or more (many of them make much more than that annually with commerical endorsment contracts) to kick a ball around, run and get trampled, and they had the gall to go on strike. Unbelievable. It's GREED, pure and simple.

Try living in Liverpool where the postal shirkers just voted to stay out, from now on i use the mail box in tesco that isnt cleared by royal mail.
