woop woop | Is it best to work with a company or one person? |
I have the opportunity to work in sales with a large company or sales and marketing with a man who is starting up his business. which would you choose and why? |

When you work with a corporation you must balance your possible gains in the corporation (possibly as as an executive) together with your benefits from the corporation such as stability, a secure flow of income and a possible stake in the stock market versus when working with one person (as so many say) "you are you're own boss" which more often than not would be in an infant business, not allowing you to have the said benefits, but allowing you to control more as you deem necessary. You must only balance your capabilities (in favor of working with one person- "being you're own boss") versus being a part of a system (working in a corporation) In the end you must decide which is more advantageous for you. You must look deep within yourself and ask what you can do and where you belong.
Good luck. |

Stability and Routine - Large Company
Possible large success and risk - one man.
It's your choice, me - i'd go with the one man business.
How do you know he's not going to be the next Bill Gates? If he's not, well you can just go and get yourself a boring job with a large boring company working with other boring people! |

Large company = annual leave, pension scheme in work, HR department.
That's what I think of it. |

It is always good top link yourself with a corporation as you have security, guidance , companionship.
It is not with a single man. Any difference of opinion or misunderstanding you are out |

working for a compnay less hassale your wage goes to the bank, you take holidays that if the compnay is respectable and offer good chance, if not working for yourself could be a big responsibility to pay tax, specially the market is not good now you also will be stuck can not travel ...etc. |

It is best to work for a large corporation. A large corporation is more stable and should have the financial resources to survive a bad economy.
I sure wouldn't want to work for one person.
Good luck. |
