Is it ethical to use your current employer means of communications to look for a new job?
I mean like using Internet, the fax and the telephone at work to contact, set up interviews or print, fax and send your resume. I feel kind of bad about it and I will like to know if it is okey to do it.
As long as you are not breaking any company rules by using those means for personal use, and you are using them during a time when there is no other pressing work, my opinion is that it is fine. Just keep in mind that some companies monitor phone calls and internet use, so your job search may not be a secret if you are intending it to be.

I'd never even considered that, but hey we all do it - I wouldn't worry about it. I don't really even think its unethical I mean there is essentially no cost to them (how much does a local phone call cost them). Besides, everyone right up to the CEO is using these things for personnal stuff which is sorta the similiar.

No. You are being to paid to provide a service, and you are using their time and resources for your personal gain.
Reality-wise it is fine. how else are you going to move on if you don't use your time wisely? Remember, if you get in trouble for it, does it matter as you are leaving anyways?
