If they are labeled with the original companies labels, or use any trademark designs, then you are infringing on copyrights and can go to jail for fraud.....
You can sometimes get by with a copy that is similar, and has your own label, but if it is too close...
If you are going to have things made anyway, why not design your own stuff....? |

"Replica" is an other work for "counterfeit", which is an illegal copy. An illegal copy is a copyright violation, or stolen. So such a business would be selling stolen property and subject to prosecution under the law. |
