Is it okay if three types of businesses will share in one office?

isn't there something called "proprietary", "liability" and "privacy" issues; if you deal with collecting customer's names, personal information, financial records...how secure would those be if you're sharing with two other businesses (assuming they're operated by different owners/employees and you're all sharing an office to save money). I'm thinking like 'identity theft' could happen---yah know?

my two cents worth, just stuff to consider...if you're trying to save rent money...is it really worth it?

There are many such arrangements. They are like executive suites. They share the phones, copiers, conference rooms and other such equipment and utilities. Great arrangement for start ups.

Sure - as long as expense are clear and there is no appearance of chaos. Plus as one business may grow, no customer segment should suffer.
