totally untrue. there are so many competing services that everyone would just switch accounts. like any company, microsoft offers some basic free services in order to get users, which they can then make money off of via ads or selling more advanced services.

I received a political action message from either Netzero or Yahoo. The message said that the U.S. Congress is debating a two stage level for the internet. Supposdely the upper faster level would be reserved for companies who pay for the premium service. Will the lower slower level would be for everyone else.
