Be careful though - the £1 price is an accounting figure for the double entry book keeping types.

Are your pockets deep enough to pay the £365m they owe to suppliers?

I'd be surprised at the moment if you could raise £75m by selling off the stock and any property the company owns, so you would be responsible for coughing up £290m for the company name and any goodwill.

Not a good investment.
